Simple and tasty wafers were one of the pleasures of our childhood. This classic wafer removes all compromises with ingredients. Crispy and baked wafer sheets made from wholemeal emmer wheat flour that is naturally low in gluten and easy to digest and absorb. A delicious creamy blend of coconut butter and sunflower seed paste sweetened with cane sugar. So simple and so good!

Method of preparation : Emmer wheat wafer leaves are baked while all other ingredients are mixed into a cream. The baked wafers and cream are then arranged in layers and cut into the required shape.
Composition : Wholemeal wheat flour (30%) /contains gluten/, cane sugar, coconut butter (17.5%), sunflower seed paste (13%), skimmed milk, low-fat cocoa powder, sunflower oil, antioxidant: rosemary extract, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, salt. May contain traces of soy, peanuts and tree nuts. All ingredients come from certified organic farming.
