The autonomy of the bicycle depends on the way of use, speed, weight of the user, surface, type of terrain, weather conditions and all other conditions that could affect the ride. Warning! To avoid water damage, when cleaning, make sure the bike is turned off, the charger is unplugged, and the rubber part of the charger is securely attached. To ensure long battery life and prevent damage, do not leave the bike in sunlight for long periods of time. If you do not use it for a long time, charge the battery once a month and keep the bike at a temperature of at least 10°C. All consumable parts are part of regular maintenance by the user. Therefore, every user is obliged after receiving the bicycle to check the valves, tires, lights, chain and cables, brakes and everything that wears out with use and immediately notify our company. The user is obliged to maintain the bicycle, regularly service it and use it according to the instructions. Improper storage and use may cause damage or reduced performance and this is not covered by warranty. For greater safety in traffic, check your brakes regularly and service them regularly.

The buyer has the right to complain within 48 hours of receiving the product. The consumer can exercise the right within 15 days from the day the product was purchased. Replacement of the product with appropriate quality is carried out if the product has not been used, if the appearance of the product, the useful properties, the factory labels, the original packaging with all accessories, as well as the invoice issued to the consumer together with the product have been preserved.
