1. Brush your teeth. Clean all traces of food between the teeth.
2. Apply the whitening gel to the eraser applicator. About 0.5 ml from the top and 0.5 ml from the bottom. If you put too much gel, the gel may come into contact with the gums, and if you put too little, you will not achieve the necessary coverage of the teeth.
3. Place the rubber applicator in the mouth and place it so that the gel rests only on the teeth. Gently press it into place and wipe off any excess gel that comes into contact with the gums.
4. Using a properly positioned rubber applicator, place the LED light in your mouth and hold it between your teeth, upper and lower lip. It helps speed up the whitening process.
5. Turn on the LED plasma light. Avoid looking directly at the light and keep it away from children.
6. Hold in the mouth for 10 minutes.
After treatment, rinse your mouth with lukewarm water to remove all traces of gel. Do not continue with treatments as long as tooth sensitivity is present.
