The recipe for chocolate pudding consists of several carefully selected ingredients, the main one being Peruvian cocoa. In addition, the chocolate pudding mix is free of gluten, dairy and artificial flavors. Its natural composition makes it a perfect choice for young children.

The chocolate pudding mix is unsweetened so you can choose which sweetener to add. Our suggestions include agave syrup, coconut sugar, erythritol, muscovado sugar, date powder and more.

To prepare one portion, you need (10 g) :

- 10 g of pudding mix (1 large spoon to the top)

- Liquid of your choice (milk, plant-based drink or water)

- 100 ml for a firm texture or 150 ml for a light creamy texture

- sweetener of your choice (agave syrup, coconut sugar, erythritol, muscovado sugar, date powder and many others)

Method of preparation :

- Pour about 20 ml of the liquid into a bowl and add the pudding mix. Stir well until the pudding mix dissolves into the liquid.

- Pour the rest of the liquid into a cooking pot and add the desired amount of sweetener. Place the cooking pot on the preheated hot plate and stir until the liquid boils and the sweetener dissolves.

- Reduce the heat to a minimum. Add the dissolved mixture to the heated liquid and stir vigorously until it thickens.

- Pour the finished pudding into a dessert bowl and consume it hot or cold. You can also use it to make a homemade cake.
