The elder was not cultivated in Europe until the 1960s, but people soon noticed the tree's many positive characteristics - its low susceptibility to disease and its resistance to frost. The plant gained popularity in a short period of time, and now it is difficult to imagine the European landscape without it. For our BIOTTA Elderberry , we use Haschberg elderberry - the variety with the best quality and most intense flavor. At the end of summer, the black berries are carefully picked and pressed and the natural juice produced in our factory is without artificial additives or added sugar. Thanks to careful and gentle processing methods, this juice is moderately fruity and a real treat for the palate. Elderberry is well known for its positive qualities.
