LYNASE® hypertonic nasal spray enriched with lysozyme is recommended for nasal congestion in all persons over 1 year of age. LYNASE® hypertonic spray in contact with the nasal mucosa works by actively extracting excess water from the mucous membranes, thereby reducing the swelling of the nasal mucosa. In addition, hypertonic spray LYNASE® thins thick, sticky nasal secretions, and cleans nasal cavities from dust, pollution, allergens, microorganisms... LYNASE® hypertonic spray is the only nasal spray that is enriched with lysozyme - a substance of natural origin, which it is also naturally produced in nasal secretions and represents the most important factor of natural immunity in the nose. Lysozyme in the nose acts as an antibacterial, antiviral, anti-allergic, immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory and has a pro-regenerative effect by accelerating the regeneration of the damaged nasal mucosa. Purpose: with nasal congestion accompanied by difficulty breathing due to a cold (viral rhinitis), allergic rhinitis, sinusitis or flu; in cases where classic decongestants are contraindicated (eg thyroid disease, high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes); to improve the efficiency of classic decongestants and reduce the duration of their application. Depending on the purpose, LYNASE® nasal spray can be used alone, as an alternative to classic (chemical) decongestants (local corticosteroids, antihistamines, vasoconstrictors) or in combination with them. LYNASE® spray has no restrictions on the length of application because, thanks to the composition of natural origin, it is not addictive and does not cause side effects. Use: Adults and children aged 5 years and older: 1 or 2 sprays in each nostril, two to three times a day. Children aged 1 to 5 years: 1 spray in each nostril, two to three times a day.
