• For 100 g of pasta, 1 liter of water is used, which is brought to a boil in a sufficiently large cooking vessel. The water is salted and a little oil is added which prevents the particularly flat, wide pasta from sticking together.

Our advice

Byodo's organic light lasagna does not need to be pre-cooked – just enough liquid to cook the pasta al dente. For the classic lasagna Bolognese, lasagna crusts are alternately layered with ragout, béchamel sauce and parmesan and gratinated.
