Method of use : For a thicker whipped cream, cool the can overnight in the refrigerator. Pour the hardened coconut cream into a mixing bowl without the liquid from the can (you can use it for smoothies or other uses). Beat with a mixer until soft peaks form. If desired, add vanilla, powdered sugar or stevia to taste.
Composition : Coconut milk* (91%), water, emulsifier: guar gum* (E412).

Storage : Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 days.
