DUCRAY KERTYOL PSO topical concentrate is specially formulated for skin prone to psoriasis. It is applied directly to thickened, dry parts of the body (elbows, knees), as well as to the scalp. Thanks to glycolic acid and lactamide, this concentrate quickly improves the appearance of thickened and dry areas. Strengthens the skin barrier, soothes itching and reduces the appearance of redness thanks to celastrol and polidocanol. It can be used in combination with medical treatments. Thanks to the specific formulation, it does not stick or paint the wardrobe. While using the product, you should minimize sun exposure and always use SPF protection. Dosage and method of administration Localized areas of the body: Phase 1 (intensive treatment): apply once or twice a day, massage gently for 4 weeks. Phase 2 (maintenance): apply twice a week to places where plaque deposits usually appear. Scalp: Phase 1 (intensive treatment): apply the concentrate and leave overnight, then rinse with a mild shampoo. Use daily for 4 weeks. Phase 2 (maintenance): use twice a week.
