Our classic chocolate wafer is the one that will take you to wonderland. The chocolate coating on this wafer of ours is pure magic. We called it a classic because it is an outstanding example of how something simple can be so delicious. The wonderful triple paste composed of emmer wheat-coconut-sunflower joins forces with milk chocolate, and the result is phenomenal. So simple and so good.

Method of preparation : We bake the sheets made of emmer wheat flour and mix the cream with the rest of the ingredients. Then we apply the delicious cream on the leaves in a wafer, then another sheet - cream again. When it's ready, cover with milk chocolate for added glamor and let them cool.

We decided to make the crusts from organic wholemeal flour from emmer wheat - an ancient grain with more than 5000 years of history in our country. What also impresses us is that the grain has a naturally low level of gluten, making it easier to digest and absorb.

For the lovely cream, we chose organic cane sugar, organic coconut butter, organic sunflower seed paste, organic skimmed milk powder and organic low-fat cocoa powder.

For the chocolate coating, we mixed organic cocoa mass, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic skimmed milk powder and organic agave inulin.

We use organic rosemary extract as an antioxidant.
