After we made our classic wafer, people started asking us when we would start making it with chocolate. It took us time to find the ideal proportion and density of milk chocolate to achieve an irresistible taste, with a balanced sweetness and the same crunch as the original wafer.

Now that we've revived the classic "plain" wafer, we're going to bring the chocolate covered wafer back to glory!

For HARMONICA chocolate wafers with probiotics, we use only wholemeal flour from emmer wheat, which naturally contains little gluten and which makes the crusts irresistibly crunchy. Then we add sunflower seed paste, cocoa and coconut butter with which we form the cream and here is the innovation – chocolatey on the outside, crispy on the inside. Contains additionally added specially selected probiotic cultures and prebiotic fiber (agave inulin). And lots and lots of milk chocolate.

Ingredients : Milk chocolate coating and organic wholemeal wheat flour (contains gluten), organic cane sugar, organic coconut butter, organic cocoa mass, organic skimmed milk powder, organic sunflower tahini, organic cocoa butter, organic cocoa powder low-fat, organic agave inulin and favorite probiotic cultures:

- Bifidobacterium longum

- L. planarum

- L. gasseri

Raising agent: baking soda and a pinch of salt. All products are from certified organic farming.
