Method of preparation : All ingredients are mixed until the desired biscuit dough is obtained. Then we continue to mix for a long time, until the dough is ready for kneading. We make long incisions, after which the required shape of cookies is obtained and we bake them until obtaining the perfect color and taste. Finally - they are left to cool and are ready for packaging.

Packaging : For now, the biscuits are only available in 80 gram packaging - not much, but good enough for an afternoon snack.

Ingredients : Organic emmer wheat flour (31.8%), organic white wheat flour, organic cow's ghee butter (7.69%), organic sugar, organic whole milk powder, organic malt extract, Himalayan salt, organic vanilla, raising agent, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, enzyme.

Whole grain emmer wheat flour is richer in vegetable fiber and is an ancient native culture that has been preserved to this day without hybridization and crossbreeding.

We add cow's ghee butter because of its amazing flavor and high smoke point.
