It is the famous Bulgarian roasted red pepper - large, bright red and sweet-tasting. Grown on organic farms in the Thrace region, slow roasted, peeled and marinated in unrefined sunflower oil with sugar and a little salt. Seasoned with top quality apple cider vinegar and fresh parsley.

Method of preparation : Food preservation in the winter period is an important Bulgarian tradition. Our peppers are hand picked, slow roasted and carefully peeled. We put them in glass jars, pour them with a special marinade and heat them to sterilize them.
Ingredients : Jar full of organic bell peppers. To make the magic work, we added organic apple cider vinegar, unrefined organic sunflower oil, parsley, Himalayan salt and cane sugar.
