They are perfect to enjoy in the park, in a pub with beer and friends or as a meal on days when there is no time for a family lunch.

Method of preparation : They are made by the extrusion method - when the mixture is exposed to high temperature and high pressure for a short time in order to preserve the flavors. With this method of minimal food processing, easier absorption of nutrients from legumes and grains is possible.
Ingredients : Organic rice semolina, 29% organic chickpea semolina, 19.7% cold pressed coconut oil, 2% sea salt from Messolonghi, Greece.
