Tomatoes have an almost magical superpower to absorb sunlight and transform it into their distinctive and unique flavor!

We decided that our Passata tomato puree could be upgraded, so we created another version. As usual, no tomato seeds or skin. We added fresh basil for a refreshing taste and to enhance the aroma!

The organic tomatoes in our glass bottles are grown outside, in the sun, without any chemical pesticides or herbicides. These are 100% organic tomatoes that have ripened under the Mediterranean sun of Italy (but speak the international language of Food). Open the bottle, "tell" them that you want them to become a delicious pasta sauce, or "ask" them to turn into a refreshing tomato soup - and, voilà!

Cooking with these pureed tomatoes is easy because everything becomes delicious in an instant!

Method of preparation : Tomatoes are peeled, mashed and purified so that they do not have seeds inside and basil is added. They are bottled and ready for your culinary adventures.
