When we were kids, nettles were a plant we were so skeptical of, but somehow we've come to appreciate them as we get older. We have grown to love it more and more since we started researching the ways in which nettle can be good for our health, delicious to eat and generally useful in every possible way. This puree in a jar is made from wild nettles that grow on the slopes of the Western Rhodopes, Bulgaria. It is cooked with a little flour, sunflower oil, salt, garlic and sweet red pepper.

Method of preparation : After cleaning, the nettle is boiled in water. Then the spices are added together with the wheat mix flour, it is put in a jar and it is ready to eat immediately.
Ingredients : Organic wild nettle (70%), water, organic emmer wheat flour, organic sunflower oil, Himalayan salt, garlic, sweet red pepper and citric acid as an acidity regulator.
