An original recipe for green spaghetti with a fine and soft texture, an original color and a very subtle flavor enhanced with parsley and a little garlic. We combined the royal quinoa from Bolivia with French wheat to get a unique taste. Method of preparation : For firm pasta, prepared in the "al dente" way, cook for 5 minutes. For softer pasta, cook for 10 minutes.
Ingredients : Semi-finished durum wheat semolina flour*, royal quinoa flour* 10%, parsley powder* 3%, garlic powder* 0.5%.
