WHAT IS MAURER'S SWEDISH BITTER AND WHAT IS IT USED FOR? MAURER'S SWEDISH BITTER is a traditional herbal medicine with an effect proven by folk and medical use. MAURER'S Swedish bitter is indicated for adults and adolescents aged 14-18 years. HOW TO USE MAURER'S SWEDISH BITTER Internal use Adults and adolescents over 14 years of age: Take twice a day (preferably morning and evening) 1 tablespoon (10 ml) mixed with water, tea or fruit juice. Do not take undiluted Swedish Bitters! Do not mix Swedish Bitters with dairy products (cocoa, white coffee, etc.) – As a laxative in case of stomach and bile problems, take Swedish Bitters after meals – To increase appetite, take Swedish Bitters half an hour before meals. - To improve digestion, take Swedish Bitters during or immediately after a meal. External use Several times a day but not more than five times to cover or put a poultice on the painful place. Use it only undiluted. After external use, it is recommended to apply lotion to protect the skin from drying out. How long to use MAURER'S Swedish Bitters? For internal use, it should be used for a maximum of 3 months.
