Place a sheet of paper on the floor and step on the paper with one foot. With a pencil/pencil or felt-tip pen, carefully trace around the foot, creating a line or shape. Make sure the pencil is always parallel to the sheet. Repeat the procedure for the other leg. Measure the length of each leg with a ruler. Subtract 5 mm (the size of the pencil) and write down the length of the longest leg. Place the measuring tape* around the foot. Pull it loose do not tighten to the maximum. Measure around the foot of each leg and write down the larger amount. See the dimensions in the table. *In case you don't have a measuring tape, place a string around your foot, tie and measure the result with a line.
