Apply it and spread it on the face with your fingertips, starting between the eyebrows, all the way to the base of the hair and spreading the cream from the middle of the forehead to the temples. Repeat gently 3 times. Using the palms of your hands - flat on the skin - smooth the face starting from the chin to the nose. Then brush outwards from the sides before working your way back down to the chin. Repeat gently 3 times. Rinse with water and gently dry with a towel.
