Penne pasta produced only with organic durum wheat semolina grown in Italy. Following a traditional process, a semolina dough of durum wheat and water is slowly pressed through bronze perforated discs at high pressure. The strong pressure gives the pasta a high density, which is the reason for its excellent strength during the cooking process. The pasta is then dried at a low temperature to create a rough surface texture, perfect for pairing with pesto or a delicious tomato cooking sauce. Suitable for a wide selection of recipes.

Method of preparation : Put water and sea salt in a large bowl (1 l of water per 100 g of pasta) and wait for it to boil. After 10 minutes of cooking in very salted water, the penne pasta is ready "al dente".
Our suggestion : Drain the pasta one minute before the indicated cooking time and put it in a pan with the sauce of your choice, for 1 minute.
