Organic Somen noodles are thin whole wheat noodles. They owe their fine consistency to the flour that is finely ground in several steps. Japanese noodles are delicious in all seasons, either served hot, in soups, with spicy sauce or stir-fried vegetables, or cold in fresh summer salads. Do not add salt to the boiling water, as the pasta already contains salt.
