Marisol Ectoin nasal spray solution is an isotonic solution of sea salt with ectoin. It is intended for people in whom the physiological function of the nasal mucosa is difficult, as well as for maintaining daily hygiene of the nasal cavity, especially during allergy season. Thanks to ectoin, it reliably and effectively relieves the symptoms of allergic rhinitis and protects the nasal mucosa from allergens from the external environment. Ectoin is a natural substance obtained from microorganisms (extremophiles) that live in very unfavorable conditions (high temperature, UV radiation, pressure, salinity). To such unfavorable environmental conditions, extremophiles react by secreting ectoine, which stabilizes cells, protects the skin's immune system and achieves a long-lasting hydration effect. It protects the mucous membrane of the nose from irritants, allergens, has a cytoprotective effect, reduces inflammation and protects the mucous membrane from drying out.
