It contains beta blucan, extract of black elderberry and lemongrass leaf, vitamin C, zinc, inulin and galactooligo-saccharides. Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C contributes to normal metabolism of energy production, reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, as well as to increase of iron absorption. Black elderberry contributes to maintaining the normal functioning of the immune system, and lemon balm has a calming effect on the upper respiratory tract. Intended to strengthen immunity in the acute phase of a cold. Use: Children older than 7 years and adults one sachet per day, at any time during the day, mix the contents of the sachet with 200 ml of warm water and drink. Children from 3 to 7 years old are recommended half a bag per day.
