Conditions for delivery, exchange and return of products

By purchasing a product, you agree to the general conditions for delivery, exchange and return of products.

Delivery

The time required for delivery is indicated in each product and depends on the delivery option that is available at the specific store and on the option that you choose, i.e.: fast delivery in Skopje, fast delivery throughout Macedonia or regular delivery throughout Macedonia.

If the delivery for a specific shipment is carried out by the company, the same is emphasized in the product.

If the supplier has 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact and deliver to the user, the delivery is marked as unsuccessful and the product is returned to the company's premises. If such a situation occurs and the user requests a repeat delivery, the user is required to bear the costs of both deliveries, i.e. double delivery is charged

Payment on delivery

If you order a product with a cash on delivery method, you pay for the product and shipping costs upon delivery.

If for any reason you request a refund, and you ordered with payment upon delivery, the same can only be made to your transaction account, that is, the same cannot be made in cash.

Product replacement

For each product, there is a possibility of replacement within 15 days after the purchase of the product if the company has available stocks of it. Replacement is done only in case the product is non-functional, damaged or if the wrong product was sent. The product can be exchanged for a new one only if it has not been previously used and is properly packed in the original packaging.

There is a possibility of replacement in case the product has adequate quality, but does not suit the buyer in terms of shape, size, model, color, number, or for other reasons, whereby the costs of delivery and any other costs of the replacement will be borne by borne by the Buyer.

If the product does not have the appropriate quality or the wrong or damaged product is delivered to the customer, it can be replaced immediately, and the delivery costs and any other replacement costs will be borne by the company from which it was ordered.

The replacement is made upon delivery of the new product.

Product return

There is a possibility of returning the product to the company's premises within 15 days after the purchase. The cost of returning the products is at the buyer's expense. The product can only be returned if it has not been previously used and is properly packed in the original packaging. After returning the product, the user can receive a refund with prior notice.

If it was ordered with a payment card, the refund will be made to the Grouper bag on the user's profile or at the request of the user to the account from which the purchase was made, and if it was paid on delivery, the refund can be made to the Grouper bag on the user's profile or by The user's request can only be made to the user's transaction account.
