Meralis 0.5 mg/ml nasal spray belongs to a group of drugs used to treat nasal diseases, sympathomimetics. It contains xylometazoline chloride, which helps narrow the blood capillaries in the nose, thus reducing the swelling of the nasal mucosa. It is used to reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa caused by inflammation of the lining of the sinuses (sinusitis) or inflammation of the nasal mucosa (rhinitis) Meralis 0.5 mg/ml solution for nasal spray is used to treat children between 2 and 12 years of age .
