After a brief stint in a psychiatric hospital, reporter Camille is faced with a disturbing task: "To return to her hometown and write a column about the missing girls from her neighborhood." Although her relationship with her neurotic, hypochondriac mother and creepy half-sister, she dysfunctional, she still settles into her family's Victorian house.
