Protein drink powder with protein concentrate and whey isolate, glutamine, branched chain amino acids, bromelain and sweeteners

Recommended use : Mix 1 serving (28 g = 1 flat scoop = 2 full tablespoons) of the product with 250 ml of water in a shaker. On training days take 1 serving within 45 minutes of training and another serving between meals. On rest days, take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
Ingredients : instant whey protein 92% {whey protein concentrate [emulsifier: lecithin], whey protein isolate [emulsifier: lecithin (soy)]}, L-glutamine 3%, flavors, thickener (cellulose gum), L-arginine , L-leucine 0.2%, salt, sweetener (sucralose), L-isoleucine 0.1%, L-valine 0.1%, bromelain powder 0.04%, color (tartrazine 1 ).
1 Tartrazine: may have a negative effect on activity and attention in children.
