Recommended use : Mix 1 serving (28 g = 1 flat scoop = 2 full tablespoons) of the product with 250 ml of water in a shaker. On training days take 1 serving within 45 minutes of training and another serving between meals. On rest days, take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
