The cost of delivery of the replacement is NOT CHARGED if the buyer picks up the shipment from the base.
If the buyer wants the replacement to reach his address, the delivery costs 150 days.
A total of two exchanges are allowed for the same product. The first exchange, if the buyer picks it up from the base himself, is free, but if there is a second exchange, 150 days of delivery is paid for it.
The exchange is carried out at most 5 days after picking up the shipment.
