Product replacement

For each product, there is a possibility of replacement within 15 days after the purchase of the product if the company has available stocks of it. Replacement is done only in case the product is non-functional, damaged or if the wrong product was sent. The product can be exchanged for a new one only if it has not been previously used and is properly packed in the original packaging.

There is a possibility of replacement in case the product is of adequate quality, but does not suit the buyer in terms of shape, size, model, color, number, or for other reasons, whereby the delivery costs and any other replacement costs will be borne by borne by the Buyer.

If the product does not have the appropriate quality or the wrong or damaged product is delivered to the customer, it can be replaced immediately, with the delivery costs and any other costs for the replacement being borne by the company from which it was ordered.

The replacement is made upon delivery of the new product.
