When fresh coconuts are cold-pressed to obtain oil, the coconut meat is then gently dried and finely ground. You can use this organic gluten-free coconut flour as an alternative to almond flour and as a partial substitute for wheat flour when baking. Replace a maximum of 20% of the flour with coconut fiber flour and do not forget to add liquid, and when baking bread and cakes, use more eggs in the mixture. Use it for example in smoothies or sprinkle it on various dishes during breakfast.
