LEMON GRASS

Lemongrass contains essential oils and has a strong, lemon-fresh flavor. The origin of this herb family plant primarily used in Asian cuisine is still unclear to this day.

LIQUORITE

Licorice has been known since ancient times. Its sweetening power is about 50 times stronger than that of sugar. It has a mild-sweet and bitter taste.

SHITAKE MUSHROOM

The shiitake mushroom has long since become more than just an edible mushroom. It is now gaining new importance served in various forms of preparation, for example finely powdered, and reinterpreted as an ingredient in tea blends. It originated in Asia, where it is still often described as "xianggu", a fragrant mushroom. The shiitake mushroom is especially delicious and has an aromatic slightly salty aroma.

How to use: Pour over the bag with 250 ml of freshly boiled water. Let sit for 5 minutes or longer for a stronger flavor.
