Preparation :

200g of minced meat
50g of tomato paste
1 can of red beans (about 255g, drained)
200 ml of water

1. Rinse the beans in a sieve, prepare water.

2. Put 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan together with the mixture of spices 1 (small bag). Then heat the hotplate. As soon as the spices release their fragrance, add the minced meat and fry.

3. Add the beans and water, then the spice mix 2 (large bag) and the tomato paste, and cook for 5 minutes with the lid closed. Stir occasionally.

Tip : baguette or bread goes well with this. Also a filling for tacos or wrap.
