The aromatic dill and tarragon in this organic gluten-free salad dressing give the cucumber a magical taste. The spice is suitable for enriching the taste in delicate leafy salads or various sauces.

Preparation for salad dressing of 120 ml:
- 1 bag of Beltane Fix for salad
- 1-2 tablespoons (20 ml) light balsamic vinegar
- 4 tablespoons (60 ml) of water
- 2-3 tablespoons (40 ml) cooking oil
Method of preparation : Mix the Beltane Fix for salad with vinegar and water and let the mixture stand for a few minutes. Then add the cooking oil and mix.
For the cucumber salad:
- 1 cucumber (300-400 g)
- Chop the cucumber and mix with the dressing
Ingredients : Rock salt, corn starch*, 10% dill*, carrots*, onion*, mustard*, parsley*, chives*, sunflower oil*, pepper*, tarragon*.
