Recipe for preparing crème brûlée with dried tomatoes and basil (lactose-free) :
Necessary ingredients :
65ml Bjorg 's herbal rice drink
75 ml Bjorg 's Organic Oat Cream
8 g corn starch
1/4 teaspoon gelling agent
10 g of dried tomatoes
Basil leaves
Brown sugar
Preparation time: 15-30 minutes
Method of preparation : Cut the dried tomatoes into small cubes together with the basil leaves. Add the vegetable rice drink, oat cream, cornstarch and gelling agent to a saucepan, whisk and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and continue stirring for another 3 minutes. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and basil. Pour the mixture into 4 ramekin dishes and leave to cool for 3 hours. Sprinkle with a spoonful of brown sugar, then place under a rack in the oven or use a blowtorch to make a crispy crust. Serve immediately.
