Recipe for preparing oatmeal cake with fruit :
Necessary ingredients :
1 egg
10 g of brown sugar
20 g of melted margarine
25 ml herbal drink from spelled and hazelnuts
10 g of flour
1/4 sachet of dried organic yeast
25 g organic oatmeal from Bjorg
35 g red fruit (fresh or frozen)
Preparation time: 15-30 minutes
Method of preparation : Heat the oven to 180°. Melt the butter and mix it with a strong whisk together with the brown sugar. Add the eggs one at a time while continuing to beat. Heat the vegetable milk, add it to the eggs and continue beating. The flour and yeast are sifted, the oat flakes are added and everything is mixed well. Make a hole in the middle and pour the liquid mixture. Mix everything together in a circular motion. Add the red fruit. Grease a cake pan (20 cm) with butter and pour the batter into it. Bake for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
Our advice : If you use frozen red fruit, so that the fruits are not crushed, pour them into a sieve at the last moment, sprinkle them with 1 tablespoon of flour, sift and add them to the preparation.
