Recipe for preparing spring salad :

Necessary ingredients :

25 g fine bulgur

1/4 Bjorg 's Organic Vegetable Bouillon

75 g of snow peas

50 g of Bjorg 's tofu

1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon grated ginger

3 dried tomatoes

5 almonds

1/4 French parsley

2 tablespoons of Bjorg 's extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon whole grain mustard

1/4 teaspoon herb salt

Preparation time: 15-30 minutes.


Method of preparation : Put the bulgur in a bowl and add twice as much boiled water in which you dissolved the vegetable bouillon. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Peel the snow peas and boil them for 10 minutes in a pan of boiling salted water. Drain. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and almonds. Chop the French parsley. Cut the tofu into small cubes and marinate it with soy sauce and ginger. Mix the mustard with the vinegar and salt, then add the olive oil. In another bowl, mix the bulgur with the snow peas, sundried tomatoes, French parsley, tofu and almonds while adding the sauce. Garnish with a few lettuce leaves and enjoy.
