The medicine contains 5 active substances: - paracetamol which relieves pain and reduces the increased body temperature when you have a fever. -phenylephrine hydrochloride- a decongestant that unclogs the nose and facilitates breathing. -caffeine mild stimulant. -terpine monohydrate- expectorant (facilitates expectoration). -ascorbic acid (vitamin C) is added to replenish vitamin C, which is normally lost in the initial stages of flu and colds.
