EsenBak® S. Boulardii is a dietary supplement based on Saccharomyces boulardii, the only probiotic yeast with clinically proven efficacy in the prevention and treatment of acute and chronic gastrointestinal disorders of various etiologies. Thanks to the presence of 5 billion coloniform units of S. boulardii in one capsule, EsenBak® S. Boulardii effectively reduces the duration of diarrhea, alleviating the accompanying symptoms. S. boulardii achieves its positive health effects through different mechanisms. In addition to having a beneficial effect on the structure of the intestinal microbiota, it also exhibits antimicrobial activity, preventing pathogens from colonizing the intestinal mucosa, but also reduces or completely cancels the effect of various toxins.
