Delivery

If the supplier has 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact and deliver to the user, the delivery is marked as unsuccessful and the product is returned to the company's premises. Payment on delivery

If you order a product with a cash on delivery method, you pay for the product and shipping costs upon delivery.

Product replacement

For each product, there is a possibility of replacement within 15 days after the purchase of the product if the company has available stocks of it.
