Conditions for delivery, exchange and return of products

By purchasing a product, you agree to the general conditions for delivery, exchange and return of products.

Delivery

The time required for delivery is indicated in each product and depends on the delivery option that is available at the specific store and on the option that you choose, i.e.: fast delivery in Skopje, fast delivery throughout Macedonia or regular delivery throughout Macedonia.

If the delivery for a specific shipment is carried out by the company, the same is highlighted in the product.

If the supplier has 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact and deliver to the user, the delivery is marked as unsuccessful and the product is returned to the company's premises. If such a situation occurs and the user requests a repeat delivery, the user is required to bear the costs of both deliveries, i.e. double delivery is charged

Payment on delivery

If you order a product with a cash on delivery method, you pay for the product and shipping costs upon delivery.

If for any reason you request a refund, and you ordered with payment upon delivery, the same can only be made to your transaction account, that is, the same cannot be made in cash.

Product replacement

For each product, there is a possibility of replacement within 15 days after the purchase of the product if the company has available stocks of it.
