Gluten-free soft oat buns
With URTEKRAM 's oat flour, you can bake juicy gluten-free buns with a guarantee. Let the dough rest overnight and you'll have delicious, warm rolls on the breakfast table.
Recipe for preparing gluten-free soft oat buns:
1. Necessary ingredients:
- Oatmeal mix
- 6 g of yeast
- 6.5 dl of hot water
- Oil
- Gluten-free oatmeal
2. Method of preparation :
Line a rectangular baking dish with foil and lightly oil it.
Pour lukewarm water into a large bowl. Dissolve the yeast in the water and mix with a whisk. Add the oat flour mixture and mix until the dough becomes a mush. Pour immediately into the pan.
Sprinkle some gluten-free oatmeal on the surface. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and let it rise for a few hours at room temperature. Place the well-risen dough in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Heat the oven to 220 degrees and remove the dough from the refrigerator. Lift the dough from the pan with foil. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and carefully place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake the oat buns for about 20 minutes. Let them cool for ½ hour before eating.
The size of the pan should be approximately 14x20 cm. Height at least 6 cm and volume of approximately 1.8 l.
