Urtekram Organic Shells are made from 100% durum wheat and local spring water from the Dolomites by Pastificio Felicetti srl. founded in 1908 in Predazzo in the heart of Valle di Fiem by the Dolomite mountain range, Italy. The Felicetti family has been making traditional Italian pasta for four generations. The pasta is made in bronze molds to give a rough surface to hold the sauce and then carefully dried to get the required shape. Felicetti pasta has a unique taste and perfect texture.
