Tomato pesto
ORGANIC, VEGAN FRIENDLY
Tomatoes are called "golden apples" in Italian, and in this red, popular variation on classic Italian pesto, they beckon with plenty of pureed and sun-dried tomato flavors. With organic sunflower oil, pine nuts and cashews.
Use red pesto to dip bread or vegetable sticks. It is also delicious with pasta, salad or as a marinade for fish, meat or vegetables roasted in the oven.
