ANGELICA ROOT

Angelica, which belongs to the shield plant family, grows along rivers and lakes and in wet meadows. Bees love its aromatic scent, and humans appreciate it for its bittersweet taste. In some areas, angelica root is also known as archangel.

GINGER

Whether in Christmas biscuits, as a curry mix or in lemonade: bulbous ginger is among the most famous herbs in the world. It has been cultivated for thousands of years in the tropical heat of Southeast Asia.

HIBISCUS

Hibiscus, which sometimes goes by other names such as rose mallow, originally originated in the tropics. In addition to its beauty, it is now valued for its pleasantly fruity flowers with a sweet-sour taste. Thanks to its conspicuously large flowers, it can now be found in many European gardens.

How to use: Pour over the bag with 250 ml of freshly boiled water. Let sit for 7 minutes - or longer for a stronger flavor.
