Light cream, with a note of fresh lemon, pleasantly crunchy and tasty. We've brought the classic from our childhood back into play. Lemon flavored wafer. And because we were missing so much, we decided to remove all compromises with the ingredients. We kept the signature wafer sheets made from emmer wheat flour and added organic lemon oil to create a delicious cream. And we got that taste that captivates.

Method of preparation : Emmer wheat wafer leaves are baked while all other ingredients are mixed into a cream. The baked wafers and cream are then arranged in layers and cut into the required shape.

Ingredients : Wholemeal wheat flour* /contains gluten/, coconut butter*, skimmed milk powder*, cane sugar*, agave inulin*, sunflower oil*, lemon oil* (0.115%), raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, salt, antioxidant: rosemary extract *, acidity regulator: citric acid.
