- "al dente" means soft on the outside and slightly firm on the inside
Method of preparation : Put the pasta in boiling water with a little sea salt (about 1 l of water per 100 g of pasta). Cook for 3 minutes and stir occasionally, then drain.
Composition : Semi-finished durum wheat semolina flour.
