Urtekram's Italian organic lasagna is made from 100% whole durum (hard) wheat and local Dolomite spring water from Pastificio Felicetti, founded in 1908 in Predazzo in the heart of the Val di Fiemme by the Dolomite mountain range. The Felicetti family has been making traditional Italian pasta for four generations. The pasta is shaped in bronze molds to give it a rough surface and then carefully dried to get the desired shape. Felicetti pasta has a unique taste and perfect texture.

Storage : Store in a dry and not too hot place.
